Established 15 years ago by London-loving, Australian expats, Lantana was conceived to bring the taste and feel of Australia’s café culture to London, the city we now call home. The first to serve Aussie Brunch in the capital, we have been privileged to pick up some awards along way. Our approach hasn’t changed. We remain independent and use fresh, natural and quality ingredients best savoured slowly, in comfort and with friends. Like stumbling into a little piece of Australia in the heart of London.

In the heart of historic Westminster you&#39;ll find Old Queen Street Cafe; a newly launched British brasserie with delectable food in a relaxed and warm environment. In close proximity to Parliament, Old Queen Street Café is a place to debate the news of the day. The setting is a beautiful town house boasting a 50-cover restaurant, a bustling events space and private members&#39; club. Lantana leads the creation and operational delivery of this one-of-kind customer experience on behalf of our client, political and cultural magazine Unherd. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join us; could it be you? What You’ll Be Doing:· Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way · Keeping customers happy and everyone safe· Working closely with your kitchen to unite FOH and BOH · Being hands-on in our restaurants, including keeping them nice and clean What We’ll Be Doing In Return:· Developing your skills for whatever your future career might be; with us or elsewhere· Serving team meals that are always from the menu· An extra day off on your birthday (or the day after….)!· Providing an annual CODE app subscription· Giving 50% discount in any of our restaurants· Enrolling you onto the Hospitality Action Support Group· Celebrating with you at team parties You must have proof of right to work in the UK to join us.
