We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join us in our London Bridge restaurant; could it be you?

We are looking to find a senior chef who has previous experience of supporting a Head Chef to train junior chefs, run a spotless kitchen and promote top quality and efficient service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Craft Culinary Masterpieces : Cook and plate our delicious, beautifully presented dishes.
Lead with Confidence : Manage shifts with a balance of control and relaxation, ensuring smooth operations.
Build and Inspire : Recruit, motivate, train, and retain a passionate and skilled team.
Drive Excellence : Take accountability for customer satisfaction, team safety, and financial health.
Support Your Head Chef : Collaborate closely to maintain the high standards of our kitchen and step into their shoes when they take a deserved break.
