Lantana are a collection of Australian-founded restaurants in the heart of London. We are famous for our brunches but are incredibly proud of our entire Australian-inspired menu, not to mention our speciality coffee!

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our Fitzrovia team; could it be you?


We are open Monday - Sunday from 8am - 4pm


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Craft Culinary Masterpieces : Cook and plate our delicious, beautifully presented dishes.
  • Lead with Confidence : Manage shifts with a balance of control and relaxation, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Build and Inspire : Recruit, motivate, train, and retain a passionate and skilled team.
  • Drive Excellence : Take accountability for customer satisfaction, team safety, and financial health.
  • Support Your Head Chef : Collaborate closely to maintain the high standards of our kitchen and step into their shoes when they take a deserved break.
